The Death of Klinghoffer

Time Out says

Stirring, sensitive and cinematically intelligent version of John Adams and Alice Goodman's marvellous opera about political terrorism, its causes and effects, as experienced by those on board the cruise liner Achille Lauro. Both dramatically and musically, the performances are top-notch, while the use of historical archive footage during the opening choruses quickly contextualises the drama within the longer term history of Israeli-Palestinian relations. Powerful stuff.
