Time Out says

Glamorous may not be the right word for the life of prostitute Sachiko (Kuroda). As we learn very graphically indeed in the first minutes of the film, she’s good at her work, letting out convincing little orgasmic yelps that function as a veritable musical score to this weird piece of soft-core porn with a political topspin. Between sex scenes, Sachiko gets involved in international espionage. Welcome to the world of Japanese “pink films.”

On her lunch break, Sachiko gets in the middle of a shootout and takes a bullet in the forehead. Instead of killing her, it makes her a supergenius. During that fateful lunch, she also acquires a canister containing the cloned finger of George W. Bush. In short order, the finger starts talking to her and explaining that it is the finger of destiny. Oh, and it molests her. More little orgasmic yelps. While the man (Takeshi) who shot her waits in her apartment to get back that finger, Sachiko takes refuge with a philosophy professor (Yukijiro), who finds the name Noam Chomsky as huge a turn-on as does the newly intellectual Sachiko. This leads to our favorite come-on line in recent memory: “Would you like to try a little dialectical materialism?” More yelping.

Kuroda shows her breasts about every five minutes and has sex roughly every ten. In between, there’s all that surreal spy stuff. The filmmakers may believe that mentioning Bush and nuclear war raises this film above its titillation roots, but if it looks like soft-core porn and it sounds like soft-core porn….
