Not even globe-trotting and timehopping can add any sizzle to this corporate-espionage thriller (based on a popular French comic-book series), in which the titular business heir (Sisley) comes to grips with his newfound wealth and power while investigating the murder of his foster father (Manojlovic). Whether sleuthing or smacking around thugs, Sisley makes a dashing hero, but this glossy action flick is heavy on tedious convolutions and depressingly light on character depth, suspense or political-economic intrigue.
