Time Out says

No less livid-making for being “duh”-inducing, this mash-up of archival footage and commentary from antiwar scribe Norman Solomon details the degree to which warfare has become propaganda-driven since Vietnam. Bullshit is called on practically everyone in a position of authority and/or influence over five decades of U.S. conflicts, from ideological pols to military-besotted journos, and the lineage from risible 1950s anticommie newsreels to Fox, CNN, MSNBC, etc., is convincingly traced. The movie’s effectiveness is in its clarity, not the originality of its content.
