A successful public-relations executive, Marni (Bell) thought her days as a pimple-faced outcast were long gone. Then she discovers her brother is marrying her high-school nemesis (Yustman)---whose aunt (Weaver), naturally, happens to be the former bte noire of Marni's mom (Curtis). Since love and boys fall strictly to the side, we can't tell if this wrongheaded caper was intended as a feminist indictment of female competition or a plain old girl-fight flick. Either way, it's so inconsistent and broadly drawn that wrongheaded is the operative term.
