Ramen Night at Izumi's a one-night event where ramen lovers get to slurp noodles from slow-simmered broths. The Japanese restaurant ditches its regular menu for an evening, allowing you to experience its specially curated menu for the night, including cocktails and a dessert. This event is scheduled for consecutive nights at their three outlets: Hyderabad (July 13), Mumbai (July 14), and Assagao in Goa (July 15).
The food menu's ramen-centric yet simple: a choice between a signature ramen bowl or their cult favourite ramen burger, an appetiser, available in vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, and a cocktail or beer for the evening. Non-alcoholic folks can gulp down their mocktails and other beverages – just mention your preference while booking your slot.
Fun beyond just dining
If you think that polishing off the ramen bowl is too easy, Izumi has a more dramatic option for you: The Devil Bowl Challenge. Here, participants will need to race against one another, finishing off a fiery ramen bowl within a set time limit. The one who finishes first gets the prize. The catch? No drinks or water to calm down the fire in your mouth. This challenge is optional, and you won’t be charged extra for checking your spice tolerance.
If you’re looking to indulge in some curated umami experience, then reserving your slot in advance is necessary.
