However you’ve passed the time in 2020, it’s safe to assume you’ve spent more of it inside than usual, and probably more of it cooking than eating out. And now, thanks to the internet, we know exactly what everyone’s been chowing down on during this strange and stressful year.

Google has combed through search data from around the world in 2020 to reveal the top ten recipes we looked for online over the past 12 months. And – spoiler – they’re basically all bread.

Aside from the recipe which took the top spot, Dalgona coffee, a sweet, whipped Korean coffee drink that went viral earlier this year (around the time we all needed a hefty pick-me-up and distraction from impending doom), the entire top ten consists of comforting carbs.

No surprises that sourdough and banana bread make the list. They’re joined by the likes of beer bread, pita bread, brioche and naan. Also in there is ekmek, which means (you guessed it) bread in Turkish.

Here’s the full list of most Googled recipes in 2020:

1. Dalgona coffee
2. Ekmek
3. Sourdough bread
4. Pizza
5. Lahmacun
6. Beer bread
7. Banana bread
8. Pita bread
9. Brioche
10. Naan
