4. Do 30 handstands per day for the third ten days
5. Attend any of our optional mini Q and A Coaching Sessions throughout the month for tips and tricks.
6. Post at least once during each of the three 10-day segments with pictures or video or share of how it's going! Facebook, twitter, Instagram, or just post on our old-school bulletin board at the studio :)
