Join us Saturday during Art in Odd Places Orlando for the launch of Ashley Inguanta's most recent poetry collection. Ashley will be joined by Bartleby Snopes editor Leonora Desar.

Description: Bomb begins with two humans, and they both love each other deeply: One is attaching a bomb to the other, and they both experience this building/creation as intimacy, as care. Later, we find out what the bomb is made of. These lovers, their world explodes. They learn about themselves and about each other. And eventually, the bomb creates something expansive, something excruciating, something necessary, something exquisite.

Bio: Ashley Inguanta is the author of three collections: The Way Home (Dancing Girl Press, 2013), For The Woman Alone (Ampersand Books, 2014), and Bomb. Ashley is also the Art Director of SmokeLong Quarterly, and she is a Contributing Editor at The Writing Disorder. Her work has most recently appeared in publications like The Rumpus and Bartleby Snopes. Ashley teaches writing and restorative yoga classes at several locations in Central Florida, and currently she is working on a series of art films and poetry performances with violinist Sarah Morrison

Leonora lives and writes in NYC, and holds an MS from the Columbia Journalism School
