This 22nd-floor viewpoint provides some of the most gorgeous vistas of the greater Osaka region, with Awaji Island visible across the bay on clear days. The observatory stays open until 11pm daily, making it an ideal spot for admiring and capturing night-time views. Best of all, there’s no entrance fee.
