This standing-only sushi joint should figure in any bar-hopping round of Nipponbashi. The beer and sushi set – a pint of draught beer plus a plate of 5 nigiri – offers superb value at just over ¥1,000, while you’ll be hard pressed to suppress a ‘Wow!’ before the uni and ikura koboremori, a cucumber roll almost entirely hidden underneath a mountain of sea urchin and salmon roe.
