Time Out says

Herbs and fruit meet verdant brews at this ‘custom teahouse’, where Kagoshima’s Chiran, Fukuoka’s Yame and other orthodox varieties of Japanese green tea are mixed with ingredients such as dill and oranges. The resulting drinks are invigorating, refreshing and, above all, photogenic – something that can also be said of Mizutekiteki’s vivid green matcha crêpes.

Matcha-mixing classes are offered in the in-house tearoom, and you can be sure you’re getting an authentic experience: the menu is curated by Chika Tamura, one of only two women in Japan to hold the title of officially certified tea appraiser.
