Hyrox Osaka
Following its successful Japan debut in Yokohama last year, Hyrox is now bringing its world-renowned indoor fitness race to Osaka. Hyrox’s unique competition format challenges athletes to complete eight 1km runs, each interspersed with a functional workout station, making it a test of endurance as much as strength.
In recent years, Hyrox has evolved from a competitive event into a global fitness community. Athletes often compete in local and regional divisions for the chance to qualify for the Hyrox World Championships.
Open to anyone aged 16 and above, Hyrox is designed to be inclusive and accessible to people across different levels of experience, fitness abilities and goals. There are Singles, Doubles and Team Relay categories, as well as Adaptive Divisions for athletes with disabilities.
To help motivate participants and track their progress, all competitors will receive a Hyrox finisher patch, along with real-time leaderboard updates, individual timing results and age-group awards.
