Def Leppard / Journey

Journey’s your band if nostalgic sing-alongs are your jam, but if you have a craving for glorious rock nonsense, few can top Def Leppard. They dominated MTV in the late ’80s with “Pour Some Sugar on Me,” “Armageddon It,” “Rocket” et al., but did you know that none of those gigantic hits are actually about anything? Look up the lyrics; you’ll find a little bit of strained innuendo and … some stuff about drugs I guess and … that’s about it. Catchy songs though.
