Crossfit Supercharged Goes Aerial !

Intro to Aerials class, the class will cap at 25 people. We will be doing the static trapeze, silks, and rope. I would recommend wearing ankle length tight pants and fitted shirts, we will also be barefoot. It's $20 per person for the 1 hour class.
