In conjunction with the Free Library of Philadelphia's One Book, One Philadelphia program and 2015 selection, Orphan Train by Christina Baker Kline, Asian Arts Initiative presents a special Family Style exploring the experiences of children affected by immigration and the value of inter-generational relationships and family heritage.

From Sri Lankan poetry to Filipino hip-hop, Family Style features an eclectic mix of multi-disciplinary performance and storytelling geared toward promoting open dialogue and sharing of a diversity of cultural experiences.
