Saturday, February 21st OTF Tornado (Tornado in all classes on Saturday February 21st) The design of the workout is seven minutes of a warm-up followed by exactly one minute of hard effort at each component of the treadmill, rower and weight floor with exactly 45 seconds of recovery/transition between each effort. Participants will complete nine rounds of this format, moving in a counter clockwise “tornado” direction. You should expect high heart rates, as this workout can be very intense. You will love the intensity of this unique workout. Come prepared!
