I Rest Yoga Nidra, Pranayama, And Asana says
San= born of the heart, kalpa= way of being.

This rejuvenating workshop will begin with creating a Sankalpa . From there habit and thought patterns will be explored through the meditative healing practice of iRest Yoga Nidra.
Yoga postures using the support of props will follow, to open the neck and shoulders as well as the hips to release tension and prepare the body for deep breathing practices.
The openness of the body/breath will then be connected to openness of a meditative state while immersing in pranayama breathing practices.
We will conclude with active core work to give stability to the above practices for integration of an open relaxed state with an effortless strong and centered presence.

The subject will be approached in three segments:
Sankalpa/iRest Yoga Nidra
Supported Heart Openers/Pranayma breathing techniques
Nidra/Integration/Active Core work physical asana
