On Wednesday July 20th the Hop & Vine will be releasing bottles of its Volume 3, Chapter 1 and Chapter 2 specialty collaboration beer releases.

This is the first Ampersand Collaborations release brewed by the husband and wife team of Yetta and Chad Vorobik-Yakobson at their Colorado brewery, Crooked Stave Artisan Beer Project and aged in Oregon’s Ransom Spirits Barrels.

Chapter 1 is a Golden Sour Botanical Ale Aged in Old Tom Gin Barrels. Brewed with botanicals to match the character of an old world barrel-aged gin this beer strikes a balance with the herbaceous notes and tart lemony sour characteristics.

Chapter 2 is a Burgundy Sour Ale Aged in Rye Whiskey Barrels. This sour beer blends equal parts tart cherry notes with spicy Rye Whiskey and French Oak notes. Produced in extremely small amounts, less then 10 cases are available of each beer.

Released in 375ml Bottles, $10 a bottle.

Come in on July 20th to taste these two limited release beers and pick up your bottles before the Hop & Vine closes!
