COPPICE
Coppice is nexus.
Since its foundation in 2009, they have departed from bellows and electronics to create compositions, installations, discography, instruments, arrangements for performance, software, and sculptural objects.
Drawing from an expanding glossary of study, Coppice is currently focused on the development of new technologies, releases of recordings, and objects for installation and live repertoire with custom instruments, and electromagnetic and pneumatic processes.

JODA CLEMENT & MATHIEU RUHLMANN
Joda Clément has been performing and composing experimental music in Canada for over 15 years, developing a unique repertoire of methods for working creatively with sound. His work utilizes analog and acoustic instruments, microphones, found objects and noises recorded from natural and urban environments, investigating hidden properties of sound, space, and recording techniques that transcend a distinction between audio and source.
Mathieu Ruhlmann is a artist residing in Vancouver, British Columbia whose work seeks to broadcast small intimate sonic happenings through the use of specialized microphones, field recordings, natural material and found objects.

SETH NEHIL & KELLY RAUER
Seth Nehil is a sound and video artist making work for performance and installation. His most recent LP, Bounds, was released on Aufabwegen in January.
Kelly Rauer is a movement and video artist. Her three-screen video installation, Locate, was featured in the Portland2014 Biennial.

INGENTING KOLLEKTIVA
Ingenting is a collective working with the concept of nothingness as envisioned by Ingmar Bergman and Sven Nykvist. Recently they have moved into the region of memory, more specifically; the memory of nothingness, which has brought them to the musical teachings of the composer Erich Zahn and the alchemist Harry Slow. They are currently based in Portland, OR and North Carolina.

This concert will feature the second edition of Coppice's tape "Pied", released way back in 2013. This new, tour-only edition will feature hand-stamped artwork.
Joda Clément's Notice Recordings debut, "I Hope You Like the Universe", will also be available.
