Join us at Mandala Yoga for a beautiful and deep Gong Meditation, 7:30-9pm. We will begin with some gentle stretching and breathing exercises, followed by 40 min of gong, and a closing group Kundalini Yoga meditation. Gong is a vibrational and sound healing tool, considered one of the most powerful forms of sound therapy. It strengthens the relationship between the pineal and pituitary gland, clearing the subconscious mind and releasing old patterns. It opens meridians and releases stress, exhaustion and weighty feelings. Gong vibrates at the same frequency as our own body's natural healing state, and brings us into a state of self-healing.
