Portland Winter Light Festival says
Join us for a whimsical Art Lantern Parade to celebrate the last night of the Light Festival. Express your light and creativity as we all come together in a glowing procession of light, color, creativity, music, and fun!

*When: Saturday, February 4th, 2017 6:30PM (start gathering at 6PM)
*Parade Start Location: SE Clay Street between SE Water Ave. and the Eastbank Esplanade
*Length: About 1 1/2 miles (with opportunity for shorter route)
*Getting There: Parking is limited. It is best to take public transportation.
*No Open Flame

**All ages! Rain or shine! Totally free!**
