Self Care After Take Back The Night says
Join the Love Your Body Action Team as they provide a space for self care activities! While they will not be facilitating discussion about reactions to TBNT, they will have some activities designed to facilitate self care and self love. They believe that events like TBTN can be empowering, as well as draining and want folks to have a chance to process their feelings through active self-care.

They will have materials to make sugar scrubs and bath salts, as well as having coloring sheets and self-care zines to read for strategies or ideas for self care. LYBAT hopes that this time provides folks with a chance to decompress after Take Back the Night and be with caring community members.
