Neighbors for Clean Air says
Neighbors For Clean Air and Forest Park Conservancy announce the formation of a Clean Air Advisory Committee. The two organizations are currently seeking volunteers for a two year commitment to develop a strategy to reduce and mitigate the impacts of air pollution.

Join us for an informative discussion about what we currently understand and research that is being conducted to assess the ongoing risk air pollution poses to public health and Forest Park. We will hear from two Portland State University Researchers, who collaborated on a study published in 2014 called: "Assessing the relationship among urban trees, nitrogen dioxide, and respiratory health;" and who are currently both conducting independent air monitoring studies at Chapman ES and in Forest Park.
