Un grand monsieur. Abdoulaye Diarra dit Oxmo Puccino, 41 ans, revient sur scène pour présenter son huitième album : ‘La Voix lactée’. Un blaze charnel, pour un disque optimiste, lumineux, dans lequel l’artiste alterne habilement rap au flow apaisé et chant assumé. Au cours des années, le gosse du 19e a su traverser les périodes, muant de black mafioso sous la tunique Time Bomb à « black Jacques Brel » collaborant avec Olivia Ruiz. Il défend son disque dans toute la France, dont une date à l’Olympia le 30 mars. L’occasion de parler de son opus, de scène et de faire un mini-bilan, tout simplement.

It’s all about good food, beer and artwork at this friendly, spacious new bar in the 19th arrondissement, right by the metro station Laumière. With photographs by different artists, a Foosball table, and funky music that is just the right volume for conversation, TDTF is the perfect place for mid-week, post-work drinks. We sipped a pint of Brooklyn Lager (€6.50) and a perfectly sweetened mojito (€7) while trying out a tasty mixed platter of Tête de Moine and Comté cheeses and chorizo (€13). The food and drinks alone make a trip well worth your time but if you’re the kind who likes to stretch their legs a bit between rounds, the Foosball table and art on offer present a welcome distraction.
