“Brooklyn” Terry Wright was born and raised in brooklyn New York. Son of Charles “Charlie Brown” Wright who was famous locally at the Empire Skating rink for being one of the best Skater's there and who’s mother went clubbing through out her young life, began dancing at a young age as many African American people do growing up in the culture. It was not until the age of 12 that he discovered that he could “DANCE” though. By high school he had become extremely popular in his school (Prospects Heights High School) in brooklyn for being the best dancer. At the age of 21 he began his professional career.

Terry has gone on to travel the world as a dancer and as part of one of the most influential street dance crews of all times, “Elite Force” Which has been recognized for constructing the face of “True Hip Hop Dance.” Brooklyn Terry is world renowned for being an all around street dancer even though he is mainly knowns as a House Dancer.

Terry has worked and performed with internationally acclaimed acts such as: Marian Carey, Will Smith, Whitney Houston, L'il Kim and Da Brat. He has also appeared on television both nationally and internationally Even though he has successfully brought his raw style of self-taught dancing to the mainstream media, Terry has also stayed true to his underground roots and has maintained respect on the street dance scene and judged some of the worlds largest battles like Juste Debout and SDK (Street Dance Kemp) his workshops are highly demanded world wide.
