The senior representative of the State of Israel to the Southwestern United States, Consul General of Israel Sam Grundwerg made aliyah in the early 1990’s. Prior to his current post, he served as Director General in Israel for the World Jewish Congress where he strengthened and supported Jewish communities around the world, as well as the State of Israel and the Jewish people. Previously he worked as an attorney at a major international law firm in the United States with positions in the fields of law and finance in the U.S. and Israel.
