Gleason Endurance Coaching is back w/The Open Water Workout for the 2017 Season!

We will go every other week until late May/June, then every week through Summer, unless otherwise posted or announced.
The Open Water Workout
Ventura Cove, Mission Bay
WU @ 515PM, workout begins promptly PM 5:30

This is a moderately intense, interval workout covering racing skills, drills, race paced swimming and speed work. This is not a technique clinic.

We will break up into groups by swim experience and ability. All beginners are welcome! Athletes need to be able to swim at least 400m/yds continuously in the pool, before coming out to this workout.
