Laughter Yoga is a unique practice which combines unconditional laughter with yogic breathing (Pranayama).

In this workshop we will learn:
- How to stimulate Laughter through physical exercises and promoting childlike playfulness.
- New breathing exercises and techniques which are used to prepare the lungs for the hearty laughter.
- RE-learn what came so naturally to us as children and celebrate the 4 elements of Joy!

Our Laughter yoga session will end with a ‘Laughter Meditation’ and guided Yoga Nidra (‘Yogic Sleep’) which is a guided body scan and progressive relaxation. This entire experience is a powerful one that often leads to a healthy emotional catharsis and also a feeling of release and joyfulness that can last for days.
