The divisive election has ended, but the toxins it yielded still hang in the air. We gather to proclaim that love still lives.

The International Fountain at the Seattle Center is the perfect place to gather to make this declaration.

We will stand together to show that we are stronger together, to show that love is a robust power, and to find solace and community in one another.

1. Bring a quote or poem or thought to share.
2. We will make prayer flags - prayers of lament and prayers of love.
3. We will offer a public witness that love still lives and decency can still be found among us.

Many people are deeply disappointed, fearful, and even rageful at the election results. We understand. We don't deny these feelings.

Yet, this is not a protest. This is a witness for love - powerful, decent, robust love - love that seeks the best for neighbor and the earth we share. This is a proclamation that in these difficult times that Love Lives.
