Maker Day: Toy Take Apart says
Due to unforeseen circumstances, October's Maker Day is canceled. We apologize for any inconvenience. There's still opportunities for fun—it's the closing weekend of Toys of the '50s, '60s and '70s!

Join the engineers of Pop-Up Science to dissect and discover the many electrical components that make toys chime, beep, and turn on. Work with pliers and power tools, learn how to distinguish capacitors from resistors, as well as harvest wires, circuit boards and buttons to make a new upcycled creation to take home! Participants will also learn where to recycle the rest without harming others or the environment.
