Open Screening says
Open Screening, presented by Seattle Film Institute (SFI) invites film-makers, digital media artists and the general public to come connect with media art creators near you! On Sunday May 10th, 2015 at 7:00 PM, in the theater at the new SFI campus building, located at 3210 16th Ave W. Seattle WA 98119.

Open Screening, hosted by Greg Gould, is an “open mike night” for video, film and digital media artists. This is an open forum, with HD projector and large screen, where amateurs and professionals alike come to share and discuss their work.

How it works:
•Bring your mobile, your stick, your drive or your DVD (Sorry no VHS tape.)
•Make sure your piece is cued.
•Ten minutes in length or less, first come, first screened.
•Open Screening is held the 2nd Sunday of every month at 7:00 PM.
•Cost to submit or attend: a $3.00 donation is requested.

This public program has run for almost 30 years, here in the shadow of the Space Needle. Come join us for an open screening and discussion of Media Art of all kinds. Or, if you’re just curious, you’re welcome to simply watch and join in the conversation.
