Town Hall Seattle says
The final Seattle Festival Orchestra program of the season–conveniently timed to jumpstart summer–includes beloved classics and popular songs from film soundtracks. They’ll play Jean Sibelius’s Finlandia, Op. 26; Georges Bizet’s Carmen Suite No. 1; Edvard Grieg’s popular “Wedding Day at Troldhaugen;” Mexican composer Arturo Marquez’s Danzon No. 2; the first movement of Mozart’s Piano Concerto No. 23 in A major; selections from Leonard Bernstein’s 1957 “West Side Story;” John Powell’s 2010 “How to Train Your Dragon” suite; and Klaus Badelt’s haunting “Pirates of the Caribbean” suite.
