Improvised musicals, burlesque shows, slasher movies, and pimps without scripts are once again gathering in Seattle for the Northwest's comedy summit! The 2015 Seattle Festival of Improv Theater (SFIT) will take place February 18 – 22 at two venues in the University District and feature 31 groups from across North America and the world. Each of the festival’s twelve performance blocks will feature a combination of local acts alongside nationally and internationally renowned groups like Frankenmatt (Los Angeles), Pimprov (Chicago), Boxeattori (Turin, Italy) and many more. Performances will take place at 8pm and 10:30pm at both Jet City Improv (5510 University Way NE) and the SFIT Second Stage (3940 Brooklyn Ave NE). Tickets are $18 for adults and $15 for students, seniors, and military with ID. There is also a $60 festival pass that is valid for all shows, Wednesday through Sunday.
