TURTLETOWN FIREMONKEY FAIR & BIRTHDAY SHARE!

Turtles! Bandwidth pressures notwithstanding, I'm throwing a community celebration during my birthday week (b'day May 24th), herewith:

A TURTLETOWN FAIR of Offerings and Performances and Potluck Village Picnic

(~No Flying Turtle Dance that Monday~)

== Omculture is Turtletown Square! ==
Scot rings the town bell for a gathering to celebrate 15 years of community building And His 60th Birthday. The intention is to celebrate Us, and thus Scot, 'cause it's what he’s all about!

The Schedule:

5 PM: TurtleTown Square Marketplace of Community offerings –
Bring a blanket & an offering (envisioned as mostly one-on-one), or just attend. They could be anything from FunnyFace-offs, or one-time, light-hearted healing modalities, to specialized body/energy work. From hugs to poems/songs/stories-on-demand!

7 PM: Potluck Picnic –
Our OmCulture Village Square has an epic picnic on its floor!
Plates, utensils and cups provided.

8 PM: Performance Shares!
Featuring a set of Beatles songs performed by Scot, John Ryan, Bruce Headt, Dave Elvin, and others!

There is no advance registration for community offerings. Just bring whatever objects you'll need.
But if you have a performance idea, a heads up would be good, for scheduling.

All community members welcome. This is not a open-to-the-public event. Please come if you are a Turtle tribe member or friend in good standing! It's is an open-hearted love share zone.

Scot would appreciate support from anyone who is called & able to join a TeamTurtle which will help activate one or another aspect of this celebration.

BRING:
• A food offering. No buffet tables – this is picnic style – be prepared to share!
• A sign describing your dish's ingredients (paper & pens will be supplied also). We'll have coolers ready to keep your food during Marketplace time.
• A community offerings is not required. If you have one in mind, just bring a blanket and/or pillows for you and others to sit on, and to stake your patch of the Marketplace.
• A sign describing your offering, to place on your blanket for market goers to see.

We will want to collect contributions to OmCulture to thank Michael for making the space available...

One firm condition ~ no birthday gifts.
Bless you, bless us all!

How’s all that strike you, folks??
