Yoga & Meditation Walk

It's supposed to be 60 degrees and sunny on Sunday!! Come celebrate the arrival of Spring a couple of weeks early! Let's go for a hike in Discovery Park, then practice yoga on the beach!
When: March 8th 12:45pm (leaving from the East Parking Lot at 1pm)
Cost: $5 cash
Where: Discovery Park, East Parking Lot
Discovery Park is accessible by car, bus, bike, and by foot. :)

What: We will be enjoying a nice meditative walk along the trails in Discovery Park. We'll practice yoga on the beach, with a view of the lighthouse. Class with be an all-levels flow class (building internal heat with twists and core work).
Please be sure to wear comfortable shoes, bring your yoga mat, sunglasses and sunscreen, water, snack for after class, extra clothes for layering or changing after. Bug spray is also an option.
