Pulitzer Arts Foundation says
If a building were a body, what practice would it need to heal? Mallory Nezam, yoga instructor and public artist, and Michael Allen, cultural historian and urbanist-in-residence, will lead two yoga sessions investigating the relationship between bodies and buildings through movement and mindfulness. The event will begin with a brief introduction to the architectural site, and then segue into a subsequent yoga practice that dissolves the barrier between the body of the individual and the body of the building itself.

This session takes place at the Pulitzer inside the installation of raumlaborberlin: 4562 Enright Avenue. This program is free, open to the public, and suitable for all levels of experience. Please bring your own yoga mat and any other props, such as blocks or straps, if you need them. For more information and to register, please email programs@pulitzerarts.org.
