Join Emily and Explore how Arm balances build core and upper body strength, develop flexibility in the hips and spine, increase confidence, and offer preparation for inversions. Additionally, arm balances combine elements of challenge and playfulness in the yoga practice. In this workshop, yogis will learn how to prepare the body for various arm balances. Participants will also learn the alignment of these arm balances, and practice these poses with guidance and support.
