Movement is medicine and the way we move matters. Learn to identify and correct everyday movements you may be performing incorrectly to reduce your "typical" aches and pains. Basic anatomy and biomechanics will be used to teach correction of common movement impairments that are often related to back, hip, knee and shoulder pain. Specific yoga instruction and useful modifications will assist in supporting healthy movement in your yoga practice as well as your daily routine in this 2.5 hour workshop open to everyone!
