Southtown Yoga was my first yoga home upon returning to St. Louis this past winter. I have started a new class on Saturdays at 11:15am. In this SloFlow class we move slowly and intently. When we take the time to slow down and line up our bones we build strength for our muscles and space for our organs. Our whole body becomes stronger. This has become one of my favorite ways to teach. We ease into the practice and often end with a short meditation and/or restorative pose. I hope you can join me and enjoy your weekends all the more.
