On the second Tuesday of every month, learn the art of sushi making from St. Louis' best sushi chefs.

November's class will focus on Japanese cuisine; students will learn about miso, the components of traditional Japanese sushi and proper sushi service, and will be taught how to make a Futomaki Roll by Chef Vu Hoang.

MENU

— Edamame
— Bento Box (Seaweed Salad, Futomaki Roll, Nigiri)
— Traditional Japanese Dessert
— Buddha's Hand vodka and one Japanese beer

$60 per person, includes hands-on experience, a three-course meal and two drinks.

*Class will be canceled and a full refund will be issued if fewer than five people sign up by noon on Monday, Nov. 7.
