From harrowing portraits of devastation to sporting triumphs, the World Press Photo exhibition and its striking images are returning to Zurich for the ninth year in a row. This year's exhibition features the best of nearly 1 million images that were submitted by photojournalists from across the globe. An international 17-head jury choose winners in eight categories, from general news to sport and contemporary issues.
