Kofi's Juice Bar

Depending on the time of day, you might need to use your elbows to locate Kofi’s Juice Bar amid the crowds at Bern’s Bärenplatz market. But the tasty vitamin hit earned is worth it. All the juices are blended before your eyes – and are so fresh there is froth on your drink when it is handed to you. The juices contain no added sugars, artificial colourings or preservatives, and you can choose from blends including the ‘detox’ with spinach, ginger and apple. There is also a range of fruit salads and Jamaican patties (pastries with various fillings and spices), making Kofi’s a good bet for a healthy light lunch to go. The bar also offers catering for companies and events (see the website for details). It is closed during January.
