Situated on the edge of Lausanne’s party district, Le Flon, this bar is a good pre-clubbing spot. The low-lit atmosphere, cocktail menu and late night opening hours add to the appeal for those looking to kick off and continue a large night out. It’s a little less conducive to a week-day lunchtime, but nevertheless the bar’s menu of tapas and larger plates seems to draw people in. The novelty factor of its design-your-own burgers is a plus. Choose from a selection of ingredients to create as stacked a patty as you wish, served up with chips and salad in a rustic wooden crate.
