Time Out says
The Savoy Bar en Ville represents true luxury, complete with piano player, mock art déco interior and smiley waiters. Do dress up and expect luxury prices.
You pass through its doors and feel as if you have just entered a Hollywood movie from the 50s. The waiters are dressed in black suits and a piano player is seated in the middle of the room. All is shiny and spectacular and a little bit mock art déco. A man comes to take your coat and accompanies you to your table; you get nods and smiles as you cross the room. Please dress up and please smile back. And keep smiling even after you've seen the menu. After all, true luxury always comes with a price tag.
