Zermatt’s only ski-in and ski-out hotel is also home to some of its hippest après-ski action. With majestic views across to the Matterhorn, Cervo’s terrace is the place to soak up the sun, sip on something warming and explore a menu of tasty Alpine-style tapas that you might find yourself reluctant to share.
