Hotel Camping Sutz

This campsite attached to a hotel offers a range of accommodation options, the most unique of which is the fasshütte, where you’ll essentially be sleeping in a cabin shaped a lot like a giant wine barrel. The concept originally comes from Finland and they’re actually bright, rustic and super-cosy. Other choices include tent pitches (including some sizeable plots for motor homes) and staying at the hotel itself. There’s a large meadow on the site for sports like volleyball or just sunbathing, and as you’re also just minutes from Lake Biel you can always rent a stand-up paddle-board and explore the water, or just hire a bike and see where the two wheels take you.
