Lange Nacht, held annually on the first Saturday in September, is when Zurich's museums throw open their doors overnight for your visiting pleasure.
Showcasing the wealth and diversity of museum culture in Switzerland's biggest city, participating institutions include the Kunsthaus, Landesmuseum and Museum Rietberg as well as famous nightclub Cabaret Voltaire's museum and even Zurich Zoo!
Your ticket gains entry to all museums and covers public transport within Zurich (zone 110). There's also a free museum shuttle bus and a museum tram in operation, so we suggest you make a night of it and drop in to as many places as you can. Alongside the permanent collections and exhibitions, there's loads of side events being held at the venues too.
