Located in Zurich’s trendy western district, the Toni-Areal annex of Switzerland's leading design and visual communication museum inhabits what was once Europe’s largest yoghurt factory. Now home to the Zurich University of the Arts (ZHdK), it houses all four of the museum's internationally important collections – design, graphics, decorative arts and posters – encompassing over 500,000 objects, including a number of significant works from the history of aesthetic and technical development. Check out one of the temporary exhibitions or take a look behind the scenes on a guided tour. The main museum site on Ausstellungsstrasse also houses exhibitions and highlights from the collection.
