For six days in September, the Electrosanne festival will celebrate electronic music in Lausanne. With different stages including the atmospheric open-air Red Bull Music Academy and partner clubs, the programme is packed. Not to be missed is the opening ceremony in the Théâtre de l’Octogone: Nik Bärtsch, a jazz pianist from Zurich, and the renowned German musician Henrik Schwarz will delight audiences with their joint project Scripted & Prepared, which unites acoustics and technology via two grand pianos. Also on the festival line-up are diverse Swiss and international acts, with highlights including Nina Kraviz, Pete Rock, DJ Mount Kimbie, Floating Points, and Club Cheval live. Find event accommodation, as well as a selection of packages, on the website. Single and multi-day passes are available.
